His path started behind the scenes in property management at Beacon Communities and Monogram Residential (now Greystar), where he learned the ins and outs of what makes a property run like clockwork. At Gables Residential, he took the lead on lease-ups for three brand new developments across Boston and Greater Boston, transforming empty buildings into vibrant neighborhoods. Later, as Operations Manager for a leading real estate office, David became the architect of efficiency, streamlining systems, elevating client service, and making sure every moving part worked in perfect harmony.

Armed with the insight of big-name brands like ERA and Compass, David now brings that expertise to Modern Nest Group, where boutique service meets big picture strategy. His clients know him as the one who catches the little details, smooths the bumps in the road, and always has a plan (and a backup plan) to get them where they need to be.
