Our property management team is lead by Valerie Molcha an energetic, results-driven leader specializing in managing all aspects of real estate, property management, development, finance, facilities and project management.

Prior to co-founding Modern Nest Group, Valerie served in many capacities within a wide variety of properties in the Boston and New York markets. Valerie holds both NALP and CAM designation of the National Apartment Association and had previously held senior executive roles with Beacon Communities, Two Trees and Greystar as well as management roles with Gables Residential and Winn Companies. Her diverse expertise in Luxury A-Class apartment communities, condominiums, affordable housing redevelopments, retail, and commercial properties allows Rise to manage properties of various compositions. She is enthusiastically and genuinely committed to the best interest of her clients and leads her team to go above and beyond.
